Ideation developed for a new coffee shop located in the heart of Montreal. The concept proposes a hybrid experience that brings together a micro-fruit shop and a specialty café, with the goal of creating the ideal morning combo: simple, nutritious, and inspiring.

The idea is to rethink the morning ritual by combining the freshness of local, seasonal fruit with the warm world of specialty coffee. The space thus becomes a meeting point between natural energy and a moment of comfort, where every element of the menu and the environment contributes to this complementary duality.

The interior design and visual identity were developed to align with this concept. The use of raw, textured wood evokes authenticity, warmth, and the artisanal nature of the coffee, while grounding the space in an organic and welcoming atmosphere. In parallel, touches of color inspired by fruit bring a lively and dynamic dimension, evoking freshness, diversity, and passion.

The whole aims to create a balanced atmosphere that is both calm and energizing, where the customer can either stop for a quick moment or sit down to fully enjoy the experience.
